【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiescommonhygienerequirementsformachineryusedinpreparingandprocessingfoodforhumanand,whererelevant,animalconsumptiontoeliminateorminimisetheriskofcontagion,infection,illnessorinjuryarisingfromthisfood.Itidentifiesthehazardswhicharerelevanttotheuseofsuchfoodprocessingmachineryanddescribesdesignmethodsandinformationforusefortheeliminationorreductionoftheserisks.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththehygienerelatedriskstopersonnelarisingfromtheuseofthemachine.Thisdocumentappliestofoodprocessingmachines-ExamplesofsuchgroupsoffoodprocessingmachineryaregivenintheinformativeAnnexB.NOTESeparatehygienerequirementsarecontainedinotherEUDirectives(seeBibliography).Inaddition,theprinciplescontainedinthisdocumentcanbeappliedtoothermachineryandequipmentusedtoprocessfoodwheresimilarrisksapply.ExamplesofhygienerisksandacceptablesolutionsaregivenintheinformativeAnnexA.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinesmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
