【摘要】:ThispartofISO4548specifiestestmethodsforevaluatingthecharacteristicsofself-cleaningoilfiltersforinternalcombustionengines.Itisapplicabletofiltersinwhichself-cleaningiscontinuousorintermittent.Theremovalofretainedparticlesfromthefilterisachievedbyperiodicreversalofthedirectionofthefluidflowthroughtheelements.However,thisalsoappliesmechanicalstressestothefiltermedia.Thetestsspecifiedinthisstandardaredesignedtocheckthefiltrationperformanceoftheelementsundersimulatedoperatingconditionsandtoconfirmtheirabilitytowithstand,withoutdamage,variationsinoilpressure,temperature,directionofflowandthepresenceofwater.TheequipmentandproceduresspecifiedinthispartofISO4548arerecommendedforfittershavinganominalflowrateofupto1600l/min.
